Design study for a 1963 Ford Galaxie four-door convertible

(Have to try the most obvious answer at least once)

Appears to be a Ford [family] Galaxie/Fairlane 4 dr convert.

Possibly a fake convert. U could by a car with a hood that appeared to be a soft top but wasn't in those days.
