Around 1910, maybe? From the look of it I wouldn't have thought it would be any older than that, but I could be wrong...

It´s been photographed at the "Meeting de Boulogne-sur-Mer" in 1910 and it also won the "Coupe Franco-Belge de Littoral" in 1910:

That´s why I´ve taken it as a puzzle pic, of course. ;)

I do own this book, too and I´ve had a look at it at first to make it most difficult to solve... ;D
