I thought I'd start at the Expert level with this one.

For 1 point, tell me the make, model and approximate year of this car.

wheels are from a Rover 8 (Eight) from the 1920's

Well the model years for the 3rd series Rover 8 were 1919 - 1925, not sure of a specific date for your photo, I could guess each one in that range if you want, i'll start with 1922, it's in the middle

Yes, that's close enough for me, it came out of a 1923 catalogue. Another point for you.
