Manuel, spot on, you're right. It's the opening parade of the Sydney Harbour bridge.

Also, congratulations on becoming an Expert. If you're going to post a few puzzles, I look forward to having a go at them.

It is a Thornycroft Hathi, which is the Hindi word for elephant.

Exactly correct. Here are a couple more photos of Hathi's in military service in Australia during the early 1930's.
