Second guess: Balbo.
Yes, locked for you to find out the base car.

als15

I'd say a Lancia Artena.

I'd say a Lancia Artena.
It's a Lancia, but not an Artena.

According to size and period, so an Astura.

I hope Baldo didn't turn a nice Aurelia into that old-fashion saloon... Did he?
No, most likely it's an extended-wheelbase Aprilia.

Wendax

Yes, it is an Aprilia by Balbo.

One more point for you.

I should know this but any connection with the aviator Italo Balbo?
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

Not at all.
Carrozzeria Balbo was established by Alfonso Balbo in 1914, taking over business of the former Carrozzeria Ialiana Cooperativa (where, nost likely, he was an employee). He died still young in 1926 and the Carrozzeria Balbo was then managed by his fellow assistant Carlo Follis (one of the best friends of my grandfather, btw, but unfortunately I never met him) until 1954, when it closed.
