Seems to be 1 of many Falcostangs that were hobbled together over the years,
With right handed steering, I'll hazard a guess at this one being from Australia?
I think the picture is reversed. It's an Argentine Falcon, with a lot more chrome than the Aussie version. The Mustang emblem is backwards, too.
