Who knows this car?
-
Experts?
-
I'm sure these cars were made by Harley Davidson for the Vanderbilt Baby Cup in 1915. They used basically the same chassis between the cars, but altered the radiators so that they represented the then current cars. I'm guessing this was the Mercedes version.

I do not know much more than the driver´s name. I´ve got to admit, that I thought he was the builder.
If you can prove your facts and show me another pic, I will give a point, of course
So I leave this locked for you until tomorrow morning, O.K.?

Attached are some photos of the Harley Davidson Baby Cup racers.

OK, I´ve hoped that it was much more unambiguous...
I´m not totally convinced,yet.
What do the others think??
-
Maybe a pro can deliver hard proof?

I can add the drivers name: Giordano
A detail of the photo clearly shows an aeroplane on top of the (fake) radiator.

And this is exactly the information I wanted to hear.
Let´s call it Giordano midget car...
