Pics indeed come from the 2008 Woodward Cruise, and the guy who built this 3 wheel car (according to his description) is called "Warren". He confirmed the headlights comes from the Fusion.

I am Warren, I did build the car from the ground up, it has a tube frame, GSXR 1000, push rod front suspension, the body is all hand formed aluminum, and weighs approx. 1100 lbs. The other car on the website is the same car with a different body. I am just about done another really custom car.
