It´s Fiat-based, indeed!

Maybe it´s 508C based, I only know the engine displacement in ccm.

Not exactly...

It is a Fiat, but not a Topolino and the driver/constructor is someone else

Figured that out already. Prazak seems to be a wrong (?) spelling of Prasak, whose Topolino we already had at AP.
