Yes, it´s Lloyd, that´s quite obvious.

But this one is a very special one-off and I wan´t to see the correct builder´s name here...

This roadster was built by Franz Kleevisch from Gmünd (Eifel) in 1961. It is based upon a Lloyd Alexander TS.

Franz Kleevisch was my grandfather (my mothers dad). Does anybody know something more about him or his cars?

Hello Kirsten,

all I know about your grandfather's car is the short article in Hanns-Peter von Thyssen-Bornemissza's book "Europäische Kleinwagen, Band 2: 1956-1965" which you can see below. Do you have any pictures of your grandfather's selfbuilt cars?

Genau so, wie er schreibt, war er auch! Wie ein großes, verspieltes Kind und ganz viel Schalk im Nacken  :D

Ich werde meine Mutter nach Fotos fragen und diese dann gerne hier posten!
