And we'd better have a red car so what is this, who built it and when?

Looks like a 15 but the wheels are wrong - look like BRM wheels

Ok.  How about a 1959 Tojeiro Jaguar, builder, John Tojeiro.  The Lotus and Tojeiro badges look similar (one version, anyway.)

Exactly!  Built in 1958 by "Geoff Wright's Dad" but I don't know his name, using what looks very much to me like a Lotus body!
