in some sources it is called "Popularny" (popular) and it was made by Cezary Nawrot in 1957
it was only mock-up in 1:5 scale

It was described as "FSO Samochod Popularny" where I found it; was there any FSO involvement then and what does 'Samochod' mean?

Cezary Nawrot worked for FSO so I think this model was made there.
