It is an Alpi from Germany, made in the 1960s on a VW Beetle frame.

What name did you have? Perhaps Alpi is an abbreviation for the builder's name (Alfred Pi...?).

Alpi Roadster was built by Aljoscha (Alexey) Pischtschan, Bad Homburg, Germany in 1960
