What's the brand and model designation of this car?
Nissan?
Do you know, experts?
is it japanese?
don't know what is in front, but what is at the back is:

edit: actually, no it's a second generation replica!
I have yet to find an image of a Sambar Kombi, with a grill below the front window, like the one in the puzzle.
here it is:

or citroen version:

But the car at the back of the puzzle picture is Left Hand Drive!
To revert to the pizzle, if it's japanese and not a Nissan, is it a Hino?

I believe that's right. But who did this conversion, and what's it called?
Pike by Modest Cars.

Well, I won't deny that it seems basically the same car, with the odd detail difference - but I do have a different name for it...
Modest Cars certainly makes an interesting group of vehicles.
uPp
It's a Calstage PK10
Cal Stage are the company who make the body parts, seems they also sell complete cars with the parts fitted.
I hadn't noticed the blurred logos on the surf boards before.
Correct! I had to blur the logos for this puzzle. Much like the designers of this Nissan Pao replica (!) blurred their vision when penning it
The company is Cal Stage, two words ("Cal' as in California, Cal-look etc.).
