I have yet to find an image of a Sambar Kombi, with a grill below the front window, like the one in the puzzle.

To revert to the pizzle, if it's japanese and not a Nissan, is it a Hino?

Cal Stage are the company who make the body parts, seems they also sell complete cars with the parts fitted.
