For one point: Who is that guy, and what is he doing, to what car?
Only a complete and specific answer will earn a point!

To me, he looks like an impossibly young John Z. DeLorean. Even if that was a first-year Stingray, he'd be too young for the timeframe of the picture. He would have been going through puberty while still working for Packard.
He is wearing a white shirt, and appears to be laboring under the illusion that exhaust headers are a bolt-on part ;D ::)
No, not him.
Could it be Harley Earls son>>>>> Jerry Earl>>>> do believe that is Harleys sons name.
Not one of the Earls.
Experts?
Up again
Dean Jeffries?
What car: 67 Chevrolet Corvette L88 "KO-MOTION"
Who: Joel Rosen
What is he doing: Holding a hooker header which is to be connected with a factory outside exhaust system
"Sometime in 1967. Motion's Joel Rosen holds a header-not quite in its final position-by K0-MOTION. Look closely and you can see a street tire on the rear E-T wheel. The car saw both street and strip duties only in 1967. KO-MOTION still bears its original '67 license plates, with a '67 sticker on the rear plate, and the long-since-expired 1967 registration is still in the glove compartment."
Nothing I can add to that :)
WHOOO! Respect.
It was easy once I recognized it being a 67 Corvette. ;)
