I think I may be way off the game but is it perhaps one of the many Land Rover prototypes??

Alfa Romeo Truck 1/4 ton 4x4 (Alfa Romeo 1900 R).  Nickname "Folle".
Produced 1950/51 as predecessor of the Alfa AR52 "Matta".

That's actually a little more than I knew, I simply had it as an Alfa Matta prototype from 1951, so well done!
