I did find a picture of a limousine for the King of Denmark during WWII, that looks very much like the SAC#142 car.

(Not trying to grab a point, just saying)

(This was a good thread.  I found out a lot of information about 1930's Renaults, while wandering in the wrong direction)

Are there only 2 pictures of this car?  The King of Denmark car I found (and lost) on a random web site, might even have been a RHD Cadillac.

Even the trims, badge and hood ornament are (seemingly) identical.
