I've found something, it's a 1919 Gregoire. Surely it's been rebodied, in the 30's? The body is by Gangloff. I think the only model Gregoire made in 1919 was the 10CV.

I don't know the story of the car, but it is for sale in Italy !

These three photos are currently for sale. The first two pictures surely show the Gregoire puzzle car and the third one probably the car before it was rebodied:
