1936 Riley TT Sprite by Pourtout, design by Georges Paulin.  One of 3 cars built for a French team's participation at Le Mans, 1936 & 1937.

That's as close as what I found.  I think our sources might be the same.   ;)

Martin Krejci's listing for the 1937 Le Mans has the Sprite driven by Jean Trévoux and Guy Lapchin entered by Ecurie Eudel/Jean Trévoux  and the one driven by Raoul Forestier and Roger Caron entered by Ecurie Eudel (both non-finishers).  In other races he also has Marcel Contet driving an Ecurie Eudel entered Sprite, sometimes described as "Riley Sprite Pourtout".
He doesn't list any Rileys in the cancelled 1936 Le Mans entry and there is no mentionof Ecurie Eudel in any 1936 race

Thank you.  That's quite a bit more than I had before.

Not Le Mans race in 1936 because many strikes!
In 1937, the French team Eudel was formed to enter race meetings equipped with three Riley TT Sprite's fitted with this bodywork for streamlining, built by Maurice Pourtout .

My thanks to you, too.  For some reason (like a memory destroyed by heart disease) I'd forgotten that the 1936 race was cancelled because of the general strikes.  I've corrected my database and if it'll stay alive until a new power supply arrives (I'm just running my main computer as a file server and using a laptop as a workstation...this seems to work for the moment) then I can back it all up to an external drive.
