I am not doing well with trying to ID some of these vehicles but I am in the game so say.
This looks to me to be perhaps a 1949 Buick with either an Italian or a German body done for a special
purpose. Almost looks like a ministerial vehicle, a Presidents vehicle or some other such official car.
