This is a Japanese racecar Kuruma.
I love mid engined cars and was very excited when I came across it.
There are youtube videos of it.
Sounds heavenly too.
I want one!!

Indeed it is the Kuruma V8 from Japan.

This race car "Kuruma V8" was designed by Masanori Sekiya, director of the Tom's Racing Team of Super GT.
The car will participate in the Inter Proto Series in Japan.

I don't think Boomerang has a current website, but according to Japanese websites, Kuruma was designed by Mr Ando of Boomerang fame
