I paid £2.50 for under 5 minutes at Manchester Airport last week!
There is no facility for collecting people (it's all been coned off) - you HAVE to go into the multi-story.
As usual, the baddies have won.. As have the thieving authorities..
Maybe a large manufacturing plant that needed a motorized gurney small enough to navigate work spaces.

S.Diego zoo?
I think you're off by about 500 miles. 'Course it's Saco's puzzle, but San Diego's a long way from the Golden Gate.
With alcatraz, we get closer to the solution !
The vehicle was adapted from a Renault Dauphine by inmates at the Federal Prison on Alcatraz Island, to transport the sick from the prison's hospital down to the boat dock or to the heliport. The prison closed in 1963 so the mileage on the odometer must have been pretty low.
(The above is a guess, by the way)
I think it's not Alcatraz (too small) but San Quentin prison
Yes , mekubb found the solution !
Renault Dauphine make by " inmates " of San Quentin prison (Californie )
1 point fot mekubb !
My congratulations to mekubb!!
I got stuck on Alcatraz as well mainly because of this photo of a later similar vehicle.
Bill
Thanks Bill and Saco. I had thought about a prison earlier but never realized they were big enough to have their 'own' vehicle !
 :applause:
