Is this one of those cars built by Letourner et Marchand (or however you spell it!) to carry the reporters and photographers following the Tour de France and other cycle races?  Based on a Peugeot?

I believe it's a Fiat bodied by Castagna and modified for TdF.

based on the 6C 1500E chassis :
