Thorax - as an Expert with 114 points I'm sure you must know the rules that links are NOT ALLOWED here!
Another transgression will get you a 1 week ban...

Incidentally SACO, I thought this puzzle was locked for 72Must?  What is Iluvatar doing being given replies?  Do you want me to remove his replies?

You're not the only one who knows it's not a Lancia and what it actually is!
But a lock is a lock and it's not up to you to decide whether or not to answer.
als15 has PM'd SACO no doubt to put him straight, which is the correct way to do it rather than post a reply in the thread when not entitled to.

Lanza "la Bizzarra" by Viotti (1925)

Yes , Lanza "la Bizzarra" by Viotti (1925) ,1.5 engine by Michele Lanza ,Fiat 509 chassis !
1 point for you !
And thanks to the help of everybody ;)

als15

A few words more on that incredible car: it was the last creation of the eclectic Turin-born businessman Michele Lanza. He was rich thanks to his activity in the candle and soap industry (Mira Lanza was one of major Italian soap brands still when I was child) and an enthusiast pioneer in automotive. He was one of the founder of Fiat as well as several other minor brands while also running one by himself. The particularity of Lanza was that he (and so his brand) was not interested in production and sales: he was only interested in research and engineering, so he only made one-offs and almost never sold them.
La Bizzarra (the Extravagant) was his last car. It was based on a Fiat 509 chassis and fitted with a 1.5 l engine made by Mr. Lanza. The body was made by a very young Vittorino Viotti and was a masterpiece of futuristic styling.
