Who knows this car?
(picture changed because of another double post...)
A new start with a new pic...
Fiat 8V zagato?
No.
Up!
Volvo base?
Nice idea, but no - this one is purely italian.
Zagato 1100 GTZ?
It is a Zagato GTZ, yes.
But which brand and engine capacity?
Locked for you!
But not a Fiat? So perhaps an early Alfa 1900 GTZ?
The brand is not Fiat and not Alfa.
Last guess. If not, feel free to unlock.
There has been also a Lancia Aurelia Zagato. Is it?
No.
Unlocked again.
It is not this hard, btw...
Siata 1250 GTZ?
Fiat Siata 1250 GTZ?
Thorax was first and this is his point.

Frankly speaking, I think you have been slightly misleading saying it's not a Fiat 1100: it's basically the same car.
Sorry for that. I didn´t know about the technical basis of this car.
And I do not think it´s been declared Fiat Siata or Siata Fiat, but just Siata.
According to my book Zagato by author Michele Marchiano page 110 credits the model as I stated earlier.the text states Leo Pittoni's Fiat Siata 1250 racing to victory in the 1958 Coppa della Consuma

I think so.
Just to make cleare the connection between the brands (and without any disappointment for the point ;)).
The base car is a Fiat 1100/103 D (1957 edition).
Siata was responsible for tuning the engine, increasing also the displacement to 1250 cc.
Zagato made the aluminum body (styled by Giovanni Michelotti).
Siata itself sold some of them under the name "Siata 1250 GT".
Zagato too sold some of them (with almost the same body, apart from minor details) under the name Fiat 1100 GTZ or Siata 1250 GTZ wether having them the regular or the tuned engine.
O.K., thank you. I do not have those precise sources.
