Think they are still in business, but seem to quit building electric vehicles.

Maybe I replied a little nit-picking here. Though the puzzle car itself is not related to a Fiat/Seat Panda the company also built a conversion of that car which is shown in the background.

Not only as far as I can say.
But as mentioned before they quit building electric vehicles. They've changed the business, but stayed on the road...
