My first bunch of new puzzles this year.  :)

A nice design with a touch of Art Deco.
What's this car, who built it and when?

It was on the 1951 Geneva Show, and in the Auto Zeitung Annual Catalogue of that year (p.196),
so I would aSSUME 1951, though the chassis may have been produced in 1950.
