This looks like the VW Beetle-based Lakeland Voyager, a British kit car from the late 1980s.

Hmmm..... well you are both partly correct with your answers!

It is a Voyager I by Lakes Sports Cars of Lorton, Cumbria built 1984-1985 and based on a VW floorpan.
I'm feeling generous tonight and I'm awarding you both a point each - hope you both agree with that?
