For one point, name the year, make, model, and builder of this concept car.

For a second point, describe what is currently between the tail lights.

This is the Italdesign Boomerang concept first shown at the 1972 Turin show.
It 'became' a Maserati show vehicle after a Bora drivetrain was installed after the car's initial unveiling.
Giorgetto Giugiaro (founder of Italdesign, designer of this particular car) signed the rear panel of the car when the car appeared in a Concours show in which he was a presiding judge in the early 1990's.
However - right now the car has a license plate between the taillights.  It's been modified and adjusted enough that it passed EU road certification in 2008.
