Not OM and a little bit older.

How about a Lancia from around 1927?

Lancia: yes!
1927: too early, this time...

Locked for you until your next reply for model and coachbuilder.

About all I can come up with is that it's probably a Lancia Omicron circa 1930-1932.  I can't find anything on the coachbuilder, so you might as well unlock it and let someone else have a shot at it.

Not an Omicron, although the year is correct.

So, unlocked.  ;)

Is it a Pentaiota?

No, but you are in the right pattern...  ;)

The next model Lancia was the Esaiota, so I'll try that.

Closer... but not that.  ;)

And remember that to get the point you should also find the coachbuilder. And this is the hardest part...

Eptaiota?

But who made the body?
First guess locked for you.

This is going to be a lot of guess work. I'll assume it's Italian, and that they probably also built car bodies as well. It's a stylish looking bus by the look of the side windows and with those wheel covers.

How about Pininfarina? I know they done buses, but later on.

Not Pininfarina, but you are on the right way... It's indeed a famous Italian name for cars, only rarely involved in buses.

This could take a while. I think Casaro built buses.

I think so, but this is not by Casaro.
A clue: it's a very famous coachbuilder.

No, not even Zagato.

But now only a few big names working around 1930 are left...  ;)

Viotti?
Title: Re: als_065

And this is the solution!  :applause: :applause: :applause:

One of the very few buses made by Viotti (actually, still by Carrozzeria Viotti & Tolfo): a 1930 Lancia Eptajota.

Wow, thank you. I only have a very, very basic knowledge of coachbuilders. I should have paid more attention to your clue;
