Mercedes W116 450 SEL 6.9l Stationwagon built by Crayford in the UK.

Crayford called them the Mercedes Estate. I did see reference to a Dachshund but I suspect that was a single car. Perhaps this one?

Avalanche had the description of the car correct.  The puzzle car was built for Sophia Loren to haul around her dogs.  You should be able to see the dog barrier in the rear cargo area.
