It's a Jaguar XJS hatchback conversion.
Rear part was taken from a Citroen Xantia.

I don't know if it has a real name, but I saw somebody calling it Jaguar XJK.

It has its name on its rump on my original photo; you're only one letter wrong!

The article title was talking about XJK, but on the car it indeed says XJX.
