That would be my guess.  but the Wraith II had different details.  Maybe its another kitcar based on the same concept.

A belated point to dzima1985 for correctly identifying this as the Air Dynamics Wraith II, a Fiero and/or Corvette-based kit form the USA, c.1993.  Well done.
