What's this, what was it commonly known as and from when does it date - for 1 point?

To be precise, it is the ,,Citroen 10 CV" drawing by René Bellu, shown in L'auto-journal from June 1, 1952, an attempt to visualize the VGD prototype, finally becoming the Citroen DS.
