That is Wahlströmsbilen (The Wahlström Car), or Wahlström 999, a one off (what isn´t in this section?) built by a swedish engineer named Nils Wahlström in the 1950´s. It was built on a Ford Anglia frame which holds a body of fibreglass. The engine is Anglia.
The car has recently come back to life after some years of storage. It runs nice, slow, but nice.

Best Regards
