Not quite so old as the previous puzzle but if you can identify the make, model, year and coachbuilder you will be awarded with a point.
Apologies for the poor image by the way....
Perhaps an Expert can solve this one?

The chassis is British but the bodywork is from another country.
Australian coachwork?

Not a Morris - less popular than that.....
Not a Holden body.......
Not 1932 - just a year out.....
I'll go a year later, 1933. TJ Richards body? still searching for the make of car.

1933 is correct but it's not a Richards body.
As for the base car I have to tell you I eliminated the radiator badge as that would have given the make away... ;)
Hillman?
Triumph?

Triumph?
Not that - the maker in question didn't produce that many cars although quite a few were sold in your country.....
The only other thing I can think of is the Wolseley Hornet. They had the emblem that lighted up, which would fit in with your previous reply about the emblem being a give away to identifying the car.
Was the coachbuilder from Sydney?

Not a Wolseley - wrong end of the alphabet!
I have to admit I don't know where in Australia the coachbuilder was based....... :-\

Crossley with a Martin & King body?
Yes it's a 1933 Crossley but the body is not by Martin & King.
I'll lock it for you until your next reply to come up with the model (xx hp) and another guess regarding the coachbuilder.
Below is the unaltered and slightly better view of the car -
I thought that looked like a Victorian number plate! (the state where I'm from).
It would be a 10hp car. I've found the car now, the body is by W.Ferguson.

Yes, very well done - it's a 1933 Crossley 10hp Tourer by W. Ferguson - another point for you.
Do you know where Ferguson was based?
No, sorry I haven't heard of W.Ferguson before. I only found out because I searched for ' 1933 Crossley 10hp' and this very car came up, and found the details there.

Okay, thanks.
If I find out I'll post it here.
