For a nice easy Rookie point, identify this car for 1 point:

Years later, I found information.

The Vygor is based on the mechanics of a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.  Pricing was expected to start around $192,000 in U.S. dollars.

Here is the front of the white car, and the slightly different front of the red car (if they are not the same prototype.)

Good news!  Vygor appears to still be in business.  They've improved the styling of the "Vygor Opera RUV":
