You seem to be right, which embarrassingly makes this a repost of one of my own quite recent puzzles...
I didn't recognise it when I posted it and got the picture from the website of Elite Carbon Fibre in the UK where it was described as an Elite GRP shell.. I thought it might be for a Kia concept car, but it appears not.
