What's this and who built it, for 1 point?

Depends on who you ask. As the appearance changed from black to tan, it's possible the the engine also got swapped.

When is was shown at the LaMay Fairgrounds In August, the exhibitor said it was a Plymouth mill  :huh:

Wouldn't be the first time a car owner or exhibitor didn't know jack about his car.  "I dunno.  It was like this when I bought it."  Duh.
