Do you know this car?

One point only if you can tell me the year, the basis and the coachbuilder.

This is the taxi by Pierre Schwob in the contest taxis OAC May 3, 1945.
He was ranked first of the five finalists, but it was not motorized, he could not attend the event handling and was therefore demoted to third place. The horizontal twin cylinder-stroke and Chenard & Walcker box originally envisaged were too low for a vehicle of this type.
The body was carried out by Driguet installed at Bicêtre (Seine)

Excuse me for my very bad english !!!

I really like this design, it reminds me of the 1930s full-fronted coaches.
Pity he didn't add a luggage trunk to the rear to balance it up a bit!
