So, what is it, from where and when?  for 1 point..

I believe this is a Teram Porsche (or Porsche Teram?), based on a Justicialista Gran Sport (the Justicialista was a puzzle a few days ago...). It was made by an Argentinian Porsche-dealer between 1958 and 1963.
