1 point for the puzzler who can identify what this car is and from when it dates?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.

This one I know:  it's a 1940 Siata 1100. But I don't know who the coachbuilder was ; was it Siata itself?

That's all I know too.  They probably bodied it themselves.
