For one point, please respond and identify who built this railcar, which company used it and when it was built.

Well, once I found out what is "sínautó" in German, it was easy:
Pressefoto PERL Schienenauto Gysev 1926/Sopron. Ort: Österreich.

So, this is an Austrial Perl railcar, shown in Hungary, Sopron in 1926. GySev was the local railway company, financed by Austrians.
