What's this, dating from when?

Google Search by Image continues to raise its ugly head on AutoPuzzles.

All I know is that this is a coupé version of a 1959 Renault Dauphine. It was a home-made project by a guy named "Serge" and he used the hardtop from a Renault Caravelle.

I have another photo from the back ...
