Identify this car and from when it dates correctly for 1 point:

I have this as a Nami Debut from 1987, a Russian conceptcar. There was also a Nami Debut II in 1989 ...

Yes, that's the car, although I didn't know its name as 'Debut'; I had it as a NAMI-0284..
