What's this supposed to be, according to its owner - who lives where?!:

I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I think I spotted its US analog in a Wal-Mart parking lot:  :o

The doorhandles do look like they come from a Lancia, which they may well do, but AFAIK that's not the base car (nor anything else Italian).

Unfortunately identifying the base is not part of the puzzle so null points (said with a French accent!) for that!
