I don't suppose this car has a name so to earn a point all I need is: where was it built and what was it based on?

ANYONE FOUND GIVING ANSWERS GLEANED BY USING GOOGLE SEARCH BY IMAGE WILL BE BANNED FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD!
