In that case it must be a Jacobs Coupe, based on an MG Midget and built by Dick Jacobs in South Woodford, Essex in the 1960s.

That's the car, yes.
It's generally referred to wherever you see a picture of it as the Dick Jacobs Special, which it isn't!
