One point for the correct identification of this car, who built it, when and what powers it:

It may have been built between 1949 and 1951.  It seems to have a 250cc NSU motorcycle engine.

The car was so well-built, it accumulated over 30,000 km over the years.

Thanks.  Actually that's what I had too but I thought I must have been wrong so changed it...!
